Customer service was alright overall, but it felt like every time I thought I had done what they asked, there was suddenly another step or a different answer. The support itself wasn’t rude or anything, just kind of frustrating because the goalposts kept moving.

I ordered a pair of heels from Simmi Shoes and, to be fair, the quality was actually better than I expected. The shoes look just like the photos, so I can’t blame the product itself for that.

The material feels nice and not cheap or flimsy, and I wore them on a night out without them falling apart or rubbing too badly. But it’s frustrating that I went in expecting worse because so many brands make online shoe shopping feel like a gamble.
For the price, I’m happy with the heels, but I’m still annoyed that companies make you second-guess every purchase instead of just being consistent. I’ll probably order another pair, but Simmi better keep this quality up.
